Regardless of the semantics, the International Camping Fellowship welcomes all who foster international understanding through the organized camp experience. There are membership categories for individuals, camps, organizations, and corporations.
The newsletter of the International Camping Fellowship is published three times each year and distributed to the membership. The newsletter features articles on camping programs around the world, activities of the International Camping Fellowship, and program ideas.
An annual Membership and Resource Directory of camps, organizations, and individuals interested in the exchange of campers or staff is published each November.
An International Camping Congress is sponsored every 3-4 years in cooperation with national camping associations to share professional education and encourage interchange. The next International Camping Congress will be held in Melbourne, Australia, in January, 2003.
Volunteer Regional Coordinators, elected by members within their regions, assist facilitate exchanges and assist camps in developing professional associations.
