The AOCC Scholarship is established to assist camping leaders – current and future leaders; students and professionals - to attend from countries and conditions where resources may restrict such attendance. Candidates from areas of the world where ICF can assist in developing camping associations and programs are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applications that ensure diversity in representation (geographical, special needs, types of camps, etc.) Applicants are invited to describe their circumstances in as much detail as possible in order to allow the committee to assess both need and suitability.
Scholarship includes Congress registration and accommodation during the Congress at the National Youth Centre (Congress Site).
The Tokyo Metropolitan government will provide one-way airfare. The recipiens will need to be responsible for purchasing their own arrival ticket.

As indicated, preference may be given to candidates from Asia/Oceania or areas of the world where ICF can assist in developing camping associations or to other categories of criteria.
